Bookmaker ODDS on my website

Hello i would like a software or a web based app , which can parse odds from bookmakers sites (xml or other way). Something like this for example: [login to view URL] Registered users should have the possibility to post tickets on my website based on the odds from the selected bookmakers. The main idea is to parse the odds from bookmakers website and reintegrate them in a custom designed layout for my website. Also it should be included a live betting slip which users could fillup and post it on my site with their predictions along with the odds from bookmakers. Not a lot of money involved up front but I will promote the designer of this project (feel free to add logo and link to your presentation website)
