Convert children's game to Egaming version capable on CD Rom

Hello and thank you for viewing, I am seeking a game developer / programmer either an individual or group to develop a copyrighted children's educational game currently in the form of a book and eBook into a computerised interactive learning game compatible with windows and Mac to be written on CD Rom and available for download. The basic concept of the game will be for the player to select by clicking the correct letter or number for the word or question and dragging it into designated area, or colouring in the same where needed. I am also interested in having this game version translated into other languages. Given the possibility where a developer bares interest and cannot translate. I am affiliated with a designer / marketer and translator that bares interest in partnering with a programmer to assist in the purpose of translating. The length of the eBook as it stands now is twelve pages, the game would be expected to have the or similar background and have added three additional pages of information to be added to this game.
