Convert a Javascript code to a PHP script

Hello everyone ONLY JAVASCRIPT AND PHP EXPERTS PLEASE. I have a javascript code, i want you to understand the code and write me the same logic in PHP. The javascript files are about 7 KB each ( i have 2 files).
