Develop Adobe Air Application that uses our API to upload files

We are interested in having an adobe air application developed (the app will be used on both mac/windows machines that is why it needs to be adobe air). The application will perform a few basic functions to start, but will be further developed over time if the relationship works out.. this quote will be for the initial specs listed below. Using our existing API which has these functions, we need the app to: 1) Allow unknown users to connect using the api (standard account auth that isn't visible to the user). And then the option to login using their own username/password. 2) Users can drag and drop files and/or folders to the adobe air app and it will upload those files/folders to our website using the API. The response from the api will provide a link to the files.. that link will be presented to the user with the option to copy it to the clipboard. 3) There will be different errors based on the response from the api (if the person does not login then there will be a file upload limit error if they upload a file that is too large etc..).
