MLB Trends Finder 2

I need a program that pulls data from the web, specifically [login to view URL], to populate a local database of baseball statistics, namely box scores. A second layer needs to added to the program to allow the user to query for required data. For example, how many wins in the last ten games for a team or how many total runs in the last 3 games by all pitchers with a specific ERA.
