Real Estate Scheduling Software like eshowings.com, showings.com, accushow.com, etc

I need a custom scheduling software and feedback system for a real estate company. The system will work as follows. One of my secretaries will login to the site (each secretary will have their own account number so I can see who did the scheduling). Each of my real estate agents will be able to create an account on the site (name, email, address, phone, password, etc). Each of the agents can then enter in their information about the properties: Address: MLS #: Special instructions/lock box info, etc: So how the system will work. When an agent from another office wants to arrange a showing of the property the agent will call my office. One of the secretaries will then login to the website and ask the agent for the following information that they will input into the website: What is your name: What is your email address: Please confirm your email address: What is the MLS # of the property: (when they enter this MLS #) it will automatically scan our database of properties that are listed for sale. If there is a Match, the address that our agent entered will appear and it will show the address. My secretary will then be able to tell the agent the address to confirm. The secretary will then ask for a date to view the house: And a time to view the house: That is all that is needed from the agent who called in. Once the information is entered into the system the system will do the following: 1. Email the client of the property the time/date of the showing 2. Email our agent to let him know a time/date has been set and the email will include the other agent’s name, phone number and email address. 3. Email the new agent (the one who called in) the confirmation information (can include a signup link in the email if they want to create an account) 4. Schedule an email survey to be sent to the new agent 1 hour after the intended showing asking them how it went. (I can set the questions in my admin) ## Deliverables So then 1 hour after the date of the showing, an email will be sent to other agent who showed the house to let our agent know how it went. It will be a few questions. Other things it should include: An admin where I can view all of my agents, the other agents, the properties that are scheduled, the properties that have been shown. I should have a full admin to enter in new agents to my office, enter in new secretaries. Basically it should be an entire admin. I’m available daily for any questions you may have during this project. This will be created on a linux server running PHP. Must see samples of your work you have done in the past. This is a rather simple, non complex site that would need to be setup asap. I will handle the design of the site, I just need the programming to work perfectly. I’m looking for a long term php programmer so this could be an excellent opportunity. I need someone who is good with deadlines, and very great at programming. I would prefer to work 1 on 1 with you, rather than hiring an outsourcing company. ## Platform Full php based website
