Resume maker/Generator

Aloha Freelancer's I have an interesting project for passionate people that requires simplicity approach. The task is to make a resume maker/generator that will be integrated to an active website. the key requirements are: [login to view URL] should be user friendly and very simple at its best. 2. Can be integrated to Microsoft word,google docs, open office and Ms docs. 3. Availabity of conversion to pdf and other formats e.g html and so on 4. A preview option to check the outcome as the user work on each parts 5. The platform should allow users to check other sample resumes while working on their resumes. 6.A use can upload a picture on the top page of the resume 7 users can drag and play around with final output. e.g font, positioning..... 8 Availability of templates 9 digital word press resume templates and digital static resume preview [login to view URL] test simplicity a user should atleast not take more than five minutes to finish basic information, interests, accomplishments, education...e.t.c I have more technical requirements but this is just the big picture. It may look easy but the level of expertise expected is quite complex. One last things, "IS THERE ANYONE READY TO PULL THIS IN 15 DAYS"
