write a software for remote connection somewhat like rdp -- 4

the software should be for quick support remote desktop all i need right now is a client side and a server side components so that the software will show a number and with writing this number on another computer running the same software, will be able to connect to the computer with the typed number. the server will proide each client a special number and password. some features and requirements ---------------------------------------------- 1. there should be a server software that will save a list of all id's it has given for the different client side softwares. the server software will always listen for connections and when client side software is open it will send to the server that it is alive. 2. there will be client software which will get the special id from the server and will have a predefined password to connect. 3. there will be another client software that will have a box to write the special id and password, this way it will open the connection to the remote pc. 4. the client will always try to connect to a fqdn which will point to the server software ip and will try to connect from a port which i will choose. 5. the software needs to work on windows vista and above. 6. the server software should be able to be installed on server 2012 r2 as a hosting server. 7. comments will have to be included inside the code and explaind the parts of the code. 8. please bid only if you have good english since if your communication with me is not good i will not choose you. 9. you will need to send all libraries and source code with a little report explaining what have you done to make this software work as it is. 10. you will have to delete all source code once finishing the project and after getting a confirmation that the source files, report and compiled software files arrived to me and working as it should. 11. the code should be structured as clean as it can be. my budget is 490$ i have a 60$ prepay and a 150$ milestone when i see the prototype first time working when finishing the project and you will provide me with a remote access to one of your computers so i can see how it works and then i will transfer the rest of the $ which is 280$
