Ecommerce Site Planning -Technical Documents Only

This project is for the creation of all necessary documents for the creation of an Ecommerce web site called [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is currently outdated and in need of a complete redesign. I want to create an ecommerce web site using [login to view URL] as the shopping cart incorporated into the site. This stage of the project is for the following: 1) Functional Specification Document 2) Detailed Design Document 3) Project plan and project test document 4) HTML prototype Stage 2, will be the creation of the ecommerce site and the internet marketing will be stage 3. The document should be written to high level ISO project management standards and should be written as such that the developers job is made easier. I am looking for a company that has extensive experience in ecommerce sites, and that can guide me to the best possible solution for a site that will generate high sales. I want to utilise the full feature set of the enterprise edition of [login to view URL] so expericne with working with this is preferred as it will increase the scope of the design document especially features such as the affiliate model.
