Video web site requires assessment(repost)

I have a client who has four adult video sites, and we've been using a home-grown authentication system, serving up wmvs and rm files, both streaming (we're using rmserver) and Apache. I'd like you to bid on doing a superficial examination of this system, including the hardware we're using, the operating systems, the configuration files, and the load balancer appliance. I, of course, will be available to answer any questions you have. I'd want a written explanation of what you examined and a set of recommendations for improving the system. If you can also make recommendations of how to log and analyze the system's performance, that would be a bonus. Be warned: The sites are adult in nature and may offend. I'll send you the URLs if you specifically request them, so you could have a preliminary look. Please also note that I won't pay for the project until you have delivered the written explanation of set of recommendations. Note: I'm looking for someone who has managed a Real Media or Helix server ... this is a requirement to bid on this project.
