New Data Driven Site Build(repost)(repost)

Please see the attached detailed description of the site I am looking to create. I have an employment website that is old and looking dated, with many features not working properly. I've recently seen a different website that I really like and which has much of the same functionality as mine, but is newer looking and caters to a different industry. I am looking for a quote to replicate their site for our own use, plus include the features already present our existing site [[login to view URL]][1]. The site I want to create a similar one to is [[login to view URL]][2]. It is critical that the site work perfectly (to specs) and is complete within 60 days. I don't know what language it should be in, but we do require the ability to upload Microsoft Word Documents, JPG images, PDF documents, and Video files, which must be viewable on line and attached to emails automated from the site. We use a SQL server database, which we plan to continue using with the new site. ## Deliverables I have outlined all user types and features required in the attached document.
