PHP image host improvements needed: 6 target areas

**Description** I need a php coder to help improve a site called picmecca.com. Below are 6 areas I need to improve. 1. I need to improve the image quality of the uploaded images so that the thumbnails appear crystal clear, and not blurry like they appear now. And the images (the actual images), to appear in a bigger size. 2. I also need the site to accept user submissions without the need to register as an user. I want users to upload directly. I don’t wish any change in picmecca’s design. Note: in case I need user registration again, please don’t make irreversible changes. 3. I need to add a simple interface to my existing admin that allows me to easily place advertisements (banners, ad text, and ad codes) on the top, bottom, left and right, of picmecca.com. The interface must allow to work with each category separately, so ads can be targeted to each specific category. Admin already exists. This feature must work both with existing categories and future categories. 4. [login to view URL] is setup to add a watermark ([login to view URL]), at the bottom right corner of all images that are hotlinked. I need to change that watermark to "hosted at [login to view URL]". For hotlinked images, I need the [login to view URL] letters at the bottom right corner to be a little bit bigger, and that they have a white background, covering the entire bottom right corner. But not TOO big. 5. How many image file formats can be supported right now? Can more formats be added? 6. I need to make all the images under the PORN category appear only when that category is selected. Only visitors interested in that category shall see the pics. I don't want them to be publicly available as default.
