Auto-repair shop administration program

With the basics I mean a fully working program written in Visual Basic but without the UI. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform OS: Win 98+ (pref.
