Give vb comboboxes mousemove

Visual basic does not have a mouse move for comboboxes. I have balloon tooltip I want to use. This ballon is based on the Control.mousemove. I need the mousemove to work on comboboxes. Add the mousemove to a combobox the text area and the dropdown arrow. The combobox cannot loose any functionality. Some comboboxes are in picture boxes others are on the form.
