Multi-Calendar Display

Application displaying a chart of busy times from the content of multiple Outlook calendars. The goal is to display all availability of meeting room in a snapshot screen. The display must automatically refresh every 5 minutes. Enclosed see a snapshot and a copy of the free program [login to view URL] (Free program from Microsoft(c) Change extension to .exe before unzip). It may look like this but refresh by itself and display only one day. It could be an Outlook object an HTML document or a stand-alone application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Under W2K (The information is coming from Exchange 5.5)
