2 VB.Net Screens(repost)(repost)

I have a couple of small screens to be built. I would like all data to be entered and saved to a? structure when you click on Save button as in the previous project I assigned. Notice there are 3 browse buttons on the first screen. When you click and select the file should appear in the box to the left of the browse button. I am sending this project out only to few bidders that I have worked with in the past. Let me know if you have any? questions
