Add Online Booking into my website

I have a makeup business where I do makeups for weddings and special events. I also run makeup classes so I would like to add to my website a booking area where customers or potential customers can go to my page and book me in for a makeup or makeup class. If a person makes a booking, I will be notified via email and then that date would be then blocked out. In the backend I would select dates that i an UNAVAILABLE (for example on my birthday I would say as unavialble, therefore no bookings could be done), dates that I am running the classes and how many spots, so if i am running a class and only 8 spots and 10 people try to book in, it would say sorry its full. Also when booking users would need to select is it a makeup trial, wedding makeup and how many people, location and there details and estimated cost and if they want to pay via paypal to book it in. Please advise if you need more info and please REPLY WITH WHAT YOU WILL DO SO I CAN SEE WHO IS THE BEST POSSIBLE WORKER FOR ME.
