X-Cart PHP Customization Needed

I am need of getting my X-Cart shopping cart customized. I have the HTML layout already done. I just need someone that can take this layout which is already setup for E-commerce and make it into a template for all of the pages. As long as I can just easily edit the images that would be great. I have the HTML files zipped up and attached for reference. This should be a very basic project for one who knows a lot about X-Cart or PHP. Preference will be given to the lower bid. I also give positive feedback and will certainly accept proposals from new bidders. If you do the project for $30 and are a new bidder I will leave positive feedback if you do a great job, and will consider on future projects. This is important to me. On the files attached our website will be about Home Electronics, and not golf. We just had this layout customized for us. The categories you see would not be used by us. We just need a similar template that works well with OsCommerce. Thank you.
