Hi. We need and website/ application wich you can call it a Like contest. It`s an hair salong that wants to set up a foto contest. [login to view URL] can enter the contest [login to view URL] have to upload a picture (from pc, phone, facebook or instagram) 3. after uploading picture they can make some effect on the picture (for example the way you can do it in Instagram) 4. after when picture is user has to fill out a form (full name, email, phone) 5. after sumbiting admin can review and publish 6. when picture is published they can be rated but rating will be with "Facebook Likes" so each time a person click "Like" they get 1 rating and it shows up on facebook that the peron "Likes" the picture. (Viral effect) 7. pages ( Home, Enter the contst, show all picture, top 20, about, contact) 8. The website/application needs to be responsive and work with pc browsers, tabes and smart phones.
