Finish the SuperMagnetMan website that Cheapest & Best started

After a very thorough review of the 30 companies that I had selected to make the SuperMagnetMan website into an ecommerce site, I selected cheapest&best. He was great at getting the site to the point of being 95% done. Over the past month I have been able to get the next 3 or 4% done. It has taken too long and now I need someone to fix the final items on the site. Most of these deal with the shipping module. The postal service says that all of the features described are included in the Version 2 of their rate module, so you will need to know how to program that version. This is the shipping concept that I need in the shipping module. Calculate the total weight of all items using the weight field x quantity for items purchased If the order is to be shipped to a US destination then show these choices for the customer: Option 1 - If total cost is less than $10.00 – cost is a flat rate of $3.00. Option 2 – US mail – Priority Mail - $4.50 Option 3 – US Mail – Overnight EMS - $15.00 Option 4 – UPS ground – Calculate using UPS online service and present ground, 2 day and overnight early AM delivery, and standard overnight pricing. Option 5 - Allow customer to select to have the charges made to their own UPS, FedEX or DHL account. This section would need them to enter this info. IF it is going to a US destination AND Weight is between 1 and 3 pounds – Option 1 is US Postal service flat rate of $4.50 Option 2 – US Mail overnight – EMS – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address Option 3 – UPS ground – Calculate using UPS online service and present ground, 2 day and overnight early AM delivery, and standard overnight pricing Option 4 - Allow customer to select to have the charges made to their own UPS, FedEX or DHL account. This section would need them to enter this info. If the customer is in the US AND the calculated weight is over 3 pounds: Option 1 is US Postal Service Priority Mail - Flat rate - $8.50 Option 2 – is US Mail overnight – EMS – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address Option 3 – UPS ground – Calculate using UPS online service and present ground, 2 day and overnight early AM delivery, and standard overnight pricing. Option 4 - Allow customer to select to have the charges made to their own UPS, FedEX or DHL account. This section would need them to enter this info. When the order is to be shipped overseas follow this logic process: Calculate the total weight of all items using the weight field x quantity for items purchased For the customer’s destination country show these choices for the customer: Option 1 - If total cost is less than $10.00 – cost is a flat rate of $3.00 airmail Option 2 – Check US mail system to see if the customer’s country is eligible for Global Priority Mail and if so present the flat rate of $5.50 Option 3 – Check the US Mail system for EMS pricing for the weight calculated IF Weight is between 1 and 3 pounds – Option 1 is Check US mail system to see if the customer’s country is eligible for Global Priority Mail and if so present the flat rate of $5.50 Option 2 – US Air Mail – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address Option 3 – US Mail – EMS – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address If weight is over 3 pounds Option 1 is US Air Mail – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address Option 2 – US Mail – EMS – Calculate from US mail online service using weight and address Also allow users the option to enter their own UPS or FEDEX account number and have the system charge their account. At the bottom of the shipping section I need this note to appear. I need this text in bold red print that says: Note: Some magnets may not be able to be shipped according to the method you select and I may need to send you an email notifying you if there are any changes. For example – a 1 inch diameter x 0.5 inch disc is too large to ship by first class mail, US Express Mail – Flat Rate or Global Priority – Flat Rate even though the weight is within their limits. Item 2 that needs to be finished. When selecting an item to purchase, there is a nice little Quantity based pricing table that shows up. The logic is not quite complete there. In the admin section of the site I can enter the pricing but it doesn't display correctly. I have done this several different ways but can't seem to get it just right. For example it will show on D1100 (a disc magnet) that the price is $9.00 each and then 9-30 is $9.00 each for a 0% savings. That is not exactly right. It should show $9 each in the first line and then 1-9 with a price of $9.00 and then the second field would be 10 - 30 - $7.75 with the savings of 14% and the third field would be 31 - 100 and show $7.00 each with the 22%. The fourth column would show - 101 or more - $6.50. Third part of the project is to analyze the site and see why it is so slow. This may be very easy if the site is fast for you, then it must be my internet connection (cable modem). If not, is it site design or web hoster and then provide any suggestions that I can reasonably make to the web hoster to get them to make it faster. Fourth part - what do i need to do to make sure ssl is on for transactions and for managing the site backend?
