FIX the HTML5 Templete according to PSD and some exta additions

Hello Freelancers, My developer have made an HTML5 Template from the PSD. But there are fixes required to make strictly by today in 12 hrs.. max. 1- Make HTML template pixel perfect according to PSD and the notes provided (We will provide you PSD and notes how to fix the page) 2- Make the Footer navigation by CSS3. 3- In 12 hrs.. max 4- Only 50% milestone to start 5- Max budget is $50 6- Fresher are not allowed to bid, if they want milestone to start the job, they will get payment after demo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PMB for more details ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks.
