Homepage for home rental and home sales page.

This job concerns a homepage for a company that mainly rents apartments and houses for vacations on the south coast of Spain, but also have some sales in the same area. The client wants the site to be easy to use for the client but also have a "special" design, to be inspiring. The site will built upon WordPress and we have found two templates that the client likes. I will buy and provide you with this template [login to view URL], which will be used for functionality and design of the house info pages. But on the frontpage, some changes need to be done. 1. The top field (menu+ email and social icons) shall not be that high as it pushes content below the fold on laptops. 2. There shall be three property groups: Short term rentals, For sale and Long term rental. (So what is called "Status" in the theme should have three values) 3. There shall be three search forms on the start page, one for each property group. The search forms shall be hidden. On the main image there shall be three buttons (now there is one with a magnifying glass and text), one for each property group. 4. The search forms need to be adapted per group so that you have rent per week on short term rentals, rent per month on long term rentals and price on sales objects and some other data for the properties, like parking, distance to beach etc. 5. Below the image and the fold down search forms, there shall be three columns of info boxes, like in this theme: [login to view URL] But use the font from the theme used in Wordpress. 6. Below the three columns shall be 1 or 2 row(s) of last offers with 2-4 listings. These shall have the style of the theme used in Wordpress. 7. Below the first set of listings there shall be another similar set but containing detached offers "special/last minute" These shall also have the style of the theme used in wordpress 8. Then there shall be three more information boxes like the ones in point 5 above. 9. Then the footer. 10. It shall be possible to see bookings and to send a request for booking for a certain period on the short term listings. The admin/editor will insert the bookings, but the site visitor can browse the calendar to see which days/weeks are available. 11. The homepage slideshow shall not contain listings but generic images from the area plus some marketing texts which we will provide. 12. Social icons should use the clients social pages. 13. The Partners section shall be hidden for now. (It might be used later so don't remove completely.) 14. Contact info (email + phone) shall be shown in the page header. 15. The site shall have the following pages 1. Info - static text and images 2. Costa del Sol - static text and images 1. Golf - static text and images 2. Restaurants - static text and images 3. Attractions - static text and images 4. Links - static text and images 3. Short term rentals - all short term listings + search form 4. Long term rentals - all long term listings + search form 5. Sales - all objects for sale + search form 6. Contact - The contact page shall have email, phone number and contact form 16. Admin shall be in english but site shall be in danish 17. There shall be the Google translate applet to allow visitors to view page in their language.
