Install 3 addons to PHP Fox Website - repost

I have 3 plugins for my album page that need to be professionally installed and tested for the results I desire. I need my 4 preset albums to remain with description field, tagging, drag and drop and delete functions. Will also need to verify the upload times have been optimized. In addition I have about 1 hours worth of editing to a webform and a small menu change to remove the "Write Your Story" sub menu from the Home Menu.
