Job Portal in C# ASP .Net With Source Code - repost

I need a job portal for built in ASP .Net, this is no different project. It will be like a number of job portals out there in the world. Below should however be the main features: 1- User accounts, security module 2- Create Resume and a CV Bank 4- Apply against jobs 3- Employer Account 4- Create Jobs 5- Download CVs 6- Employer must not be able to see resumes without paying for advertisement. 7- All necessary features that are part of an online job portal should be implemented 8- This is a very common type of project and I would not like the wheel to be reinvented. I would prefer someone who already has this kind of product.
