Modify WP blog layout

Rather Simple Project I am using the Sleek Theme from Studio Press for Wordpress. I need customization done to the header and background. Header: Header image will span the top of [login to view URL] Needs to contain Credit card logos Visa, Mastercard, AMEX Needs a Generic Shopping Logo such as a Gift Bag on the far left of the image After the Generic Logo the Websites Name needs to be present In the header image it should contain a shopping cart logo that states 0 items in cart Header image should contain 3 small icons with the following text next to them 1. Free Shipping on Select Items 2. Fast Delivery 3. Price Comparison Feature The header image is going to be generic across dozens of websites. Nothing in the image needs to be click able. I do have to be able to edit Text in photoshop. PSD file be required for the header image. Background: A Generic background image needs to be added. It should be light in color and span the the height of the page. You can use [login to view URL] as inspiration. No images can be copied from the site and the generic logo design should not mimic or resemble the design on that page.
