Very simple, I need someone who is good with Yii that speaks flawless English to work with me on a giant project that I have. I need someone who is dependable and DOES NOT SPEAK BROKEN ENGLISH. I need to be able to communicate with you, and if I don't feel that this is possible, I will not work with you. We are also requiring that you work with us on a short trial basis before we hire you and put you on a contract, because we want to make sure that you can do all of the work that we have easily. Would also prefer someone who is good at PHP-MySQL, and is fun to work with.
