1 page web design required

I have a 1pg lead generating website which is currently converting very poorly. I need a designer to make a new design template which will convert much better. I can provide psd/html files for a template of mine which is converting better than the current design but I want a designer who can offer feedback suggestions on how to increase conversions. You will have to transfer the current site onto the new design and ensure all seo is copied over and code for my contact forms. I will then ask you to install google optimiser code which I will give you so that I can gauge conversions. Please only bid if you can start on this project immediately. You will also need to be fluent in english. We will pay $30usd for this work. Thanks!
