I am looking for someone to design a 2-page website for me: an index page and an inner page. This website will be for a non-profit company that offers training and credentialing services for education. I would like the index page to have flash images via an xml file (which I will provide). CSS and Drop-Down navigation is a must. The site must have a warm and inviting appeal. Designer can use dummy photos for the flash as well as lorem ipsum for content, etc. PLEASE USE YOUR CREATIVITY WITH THIS SITE.
