Powerful free classified and ecommerce site

I am looking to launch a site that incorporates free classifieds including auto sales, personals, etc. It will also have a local business section, robust real estate sales and rentals, and possibly a discussion board section. This site should not require membership or membership should be optional because it must use email address to post and reply to ads, it should have an admin area although it doesn't need membership There are a lot of extras I am interested in - such as auto notify. I would like to keep the same categories on rainbowtribe and add ecommerce, with deferent payment getaways, like cash deposit, bank wire, transfer, credit card and PayPal It should be capable of having unlimited ad posts. Should have an ad placement for google adsense using the google adsense code.
