Sublet look-alike Website

I would like a sublet look-alike site. One similar to [login to view URL] The only things else that I would need added: - maybe a bit more stylished design - possibility to customize language + design - ability for premium account users (paying users) to be able to see additionally the user's phone number and e-mail if they choose to have it shown in the result in addition to the already basic contact possibilities for basic users (throug the message mailbox system). Deliverables : I would like this project done asap please. Ownership : I want full ownership of the site, content and script. Support : I would like to have 30 days support in case if needed. Not that I will need it just in case if the project wasn´t done right.
