Urgent - CSS expert required for 1 hour.

Hi, We need some help in a CSS based project which is implemented in drupal now. We are stuck with a very minor issue of horizontal and vertical allignment. We need a CSS expert , who can modify our existing css files and can produce following results : Let me explain few things initially and we will send you corresponding files in your response. 1. Our header containing icons and under it we have some bottom navigations in corresponding to each header icon, now.. bottom navigation, which are not aligned horizontal/vertical centre at present, we need to fix it. 2. some other text using in forms and other pages should be aligned horizontal and vertical centre, we neet to fix it. 3. Bottom navigation under top-icons should comes after mouse over of each icon correspondingly. Its is basically some trick/settign to be adjusted..no more than 1 hour of work for the right guy.
