Website Maintenance

Hi Freelancers! Just a little snip about me - I've never done this before (hire a freelancer online). I am the Director of Operations at a notable Commercial Real Estate Company in the Design District. I usually go through my design company for all changed, even small, very basic updates to our website, but do understand that there are plenty of website savvy freelancers that I am confident can do the same, or better, changes for a fraction of the cost charged by the huge design company. The service that we need is very basic but does require a background of company website development and maintenance as this is an affluent business' website and professionalism is standard. Recent graduates need not feel intimidated and are invited to apply. Some examples of periodic updates include: adding and/or deleting persons and the associated synopses, simple website revamping, etc. The pay does change depending upon the difficulty of the assignment, but this can only happen after we see your level of skill. The project duration is ongoing as we will likely continue to use and recommend your services to sister companies in the area. Thank you for your interest.
