Website redesign - repost

We require a redesign of our site ([login to view URL]). There are 5 site-layouts that need to be changed in some way. All design-work is done and .psd files are available instantly with detailed description of what is required. A simple comment-system has to be programmeed on one part of the site and some information needs to be fetched from mysql-database in order to show that information on the site. A search option is required and should be positioned at the right top corned of the site. Search by users and workouts. More information can be seen on the images that are in attachment.
