autoinstall for email client

I need a 2 part program which will do the [login to view URL] a Account Name and Password from a mysql database on a Linux Server. insert the user name and password into a small downloadable windows installer which will modify the settings in the users default email client on their local windows computer. (If the user has more than one email account, present the user with a choice of which account to modify. PART ONE 1. server side: Written in PHP after a client signs up for a service (this has been written), it will do the following. a) extracts user name and password from a MySQL database. b) insert the above variables into a downloadable installer, which when run on the local machine will modify an e-mail account. PART TWO. 1. Write a windows installer program to modify a client's default email account, in the following email programs. a) Microsoft Outlook Express b) Outlook Express c) Eudora d) Thunderbird 1. change the smtp server from the client's current smtp to our address "[login to view URL]" 2. Modify the outgoing Mail server settings: a) Turn on "My Server Requires Authentication" b) automatically make the following changes which are currently done manually. 1.) turn on: modify log on using: Currently manually done with selecting radio button. 2.) Insert: account name: (extracted from part one 3.) Insert password: (extracted from part one) 4.) Turn on: "set to "Remember password")" currently manually done by checking checkbox. 3. change port setting: From default to "26" 4. I would like a way to use this program on more than one website so I will need a way to change the complete smtp address in part one to accomodate a different url. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux for part 1 and Windows for Part 2
