CGI if an operation

I need a quality 3D animated CGI of an operation called a laparoscopic anterior resection: there needs to be a human, a skeleton, the bowel, key surgery devices then zooming in being inserted into the abdomen, a few step of the operation needs to be shown, then the tools retracted and the skeleton, then final the skeleton with skin and small scars where the tools went in. The animation should last about 3 minutes. The animated key surgery images need to be of the quality of the skeleton in the link below. Can you do this without infringing there intellectual property. If you can please show me an example of the work you have done which is like this.
