Embed OOo and MS-Office in a Delphi form

We need to embed an [login to view URL] (and MS-Office) application into a Delphi form. We need to call a Delphi function passing full path, name of the file and handler of Delphi form object which will behave as parent. Then embedded window shall change shape based on it's parent shape, auto resize.
