Multiple timer / counters to track dancers in room

We are a gentlemens club looking for a way to go from hand held timers to a simple windows based program. a similiar program is multitimer but doesnt have the options we need. [login to view URL] ATTACHED IS DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT WE NEED. This is how I would like it to work: I open the program and see our rooms (1-8) (attached document is [login to view URL]). This shows our room layout.. to get started I go to a list and select/make active the girls that are working. They showup in a list on the screen (left side) or whereever it fits. Looking at the screen I see our dance room layout (rooms 1-8). A dancer comes to me and says she wants to do a VIP. I click on room 1-8 and a box pops up and I select the dance type (vip, 3vip, 30min or 60min) (i would like to be able to add/edit/delete these dance types, cause we do have specials sometimes. After I click on dance type, another box popups and it has me select the dancers name (only show active list). When I select the dancers name, I want it to go back to the main screen where rooms 1-8 are listed. Ontop of Room 1-8 (whatever room I clicked on/dancer went in), I want the time to now show up with the start/stop button etc ( just like the multitimer) program. I then will click start when she goes in. I wanna be able to pause the timer if needed an start it again etc. just like multitimer. When I click STOP, I want it to popup with a box that says "Dance Finished?" with a yes or no option. If I click NO, it goes back to the timer. if I click yes, it removed the timer from the top of the room and write The Date then Dancers Name, Time In and time out based on start and stop and total time she was in the room 3min 20seconds. 3 min 50 seconds etc. Thats it.... only other thing I need is the option to pull up the report by date and time range ( 6/12/2013 - 6/14/2013) (8:00pm - 12:00am) etc (24 hours)... also to be able to save and or print log/report of dances done. It would be nice to be able to clear the log so database doesnt get full. Also every day we close by 4am and reopen at noon the next day. That is why I need the date/time range report feature, so yesterdays dances dont showup on todays dance report.
