Wireless alerting sms project

Hi every body, I would like to mention just a view words before any one go a head and bid. Waht i want to say if you are not profissional in wireless , SMS , and Sensors technology from both side programming and technology pls don't waste my time and yours. My application is intended to be as a learning application to students of how they can build alerting application via SMS. The application should be covered from A- Z including the related ready hardware sensors in the market. As you know there are a lot of Sensors in the market for different purposes like heat sensors, Gas Sensors ,,,etc. The main goal of the project is : 1- How to find the proper application tools like .net or whatever. 2- How to integerate and interface the sensors with the application software in order to take the outcome from the sensors and act as needed. 3- In addition to the the logging application service. The application we are intended to build is a heat alerting system. Functionality The application should do and include the following function: 1- Alert a predefined SMS contact(it can be more than one contact) with a message about the heat degree reached in a room. 2- logging all the outgoing message. 3- Ability to set up the critical degree of the heat. Resources Requirment -Hardware needed is not included in the bid request amount, the amount will be just for the development and the interfacing. -Interface with the application should be clearly defined and explained. -Application should be built on Microsoft related technology like .net. This project will be as a start project and a similar with different application will be requested later, and if we got the good coders we will stick with him for all the rest. Thanks for all my best regards ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
