Re-Write DJ Mkt Mgr Plus

Re-writing of a Dos application financial program titled Market Manager Plus into a similar windows application.? This program has been shelved by Dow Jones and not supported for many, many years.? Orginally written by Teleware. The Dos program has become unstable. Please advise what else you need to know as I am not experienced in this area.? This job is for an older gentleman who prefers this program to anything else on the market as those programs? have too many functions and he has been using Market Manager Plus for at least 20+ years and it suits his needs. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
