Fix Wordpress Plugin - RIGHT NOW! (load_plugin_textdomain codex experience required)

ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING! IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED WITH load_plugin_textdomain in WORDPRESS BEFORE THEN THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! I have a wordpress plugin that needs fixed - NOW! It has a problem with the textdomain that gives me issues when trying to localize it (change language) - this should be an easy problem to fix for anyone who knows how to handle plugin_textdomains on wordpress. There is a second issue that should be EASY to resolve as well - in a foreach loop it is only returning the most recent result. The SQL query returns the array just fine but the loop is having a problem, looks like it is due to a function it is running. CONTACT ME - NEED THIS ASAP! Must have great communication, know what you are doing, and be ready to work on this project more over time. That means - finish this now and there is more work $$ for you!!
