Repair Custom Child Theme

I have a custom child theme over an installation of WordPress with BuddyPress integrated. It's fairly complex and it's for a graphic design client, so alignment is critical as is incorporating some of the odder plugins we're running. The theme isn't quite right - I've got perhaps 15 items that have to be fixed, and I need them fixed quickly. The site was supposed to launch 3 weeks ago, and I can't wait any longer for the present theme developers. If you can jump in, unravel unruly css, align images and content areas with pixel perfect precision AND can get this theme fixed no later than Saturday March 24th by 5:00 pm EST, please place your bid.
