Site modification and wordpress integration

I have a website programmed in html, css that needs to be integrated into wordpress. Before integration I need to have some format changes in my layout, nothing major just some minor re arrangement of current elements, something like this: [login to view URL] need the create account and login button removed, horizontal game on top added and the games to be rearranged horizontally, again the code is already there but you will need to know some css to do the modification and the game page (where the .swf is added) - click a game in the script to know what I mean it should look something like this: [login to view URL] basically same as the main page, but elements removed from it, the code for adding description, comments, rating are provided by the wordpress script. once the site is changed integrate it with the script provided above. I have another job similar to this one, so who ever does this one properly will get the second I job I have (after this is complete). You are bidding for the task of site modification (where it the css/html already exists) and integration with an existing wordpress script.
