Wordpress Template Changes

This is a relatively quick and easy project. This site is a wordpress install with a custom template. 1. Website has 2 contact forms both are not sending the email I need this fixed im using "Contact Form 7" plugin and i want reCAPTCHA installed on it as well. 2. Testimonial template page currently shows 10 testimonials, I want to have the older testimonials show on the second page (so from testimonial 11 - 20), the 3rd page and so on. If i have 40 testimonials I want 4 pages with navigation at the bottom that will take you to the previous testimonials or the next (pagination) 3. In the administrator panel the Editor for content where i place my text for pages or post i want to be able to increase and decrease font size with a button. Up size or Down size 4. Homepage [login to view URL] I would like this section to display the category (Featured) and only display the title of the post no link, the small logo on the left the bullet point should be css every time i add a new feature it should show up on the homepage automatically. 5. A new slideshow (light-box) when i click on the image the slide show should open and i could go next and back (both of these buttons should be at the top of the image in case the image is too big for the persons screen. Also each image in the slide will have text i would like to have this at top of the image as well and should be able to increase size of font and color. This should have a background solid color so you can easily see the text. The size and color should be easy to edit via css.
