A basic online opt-in data capture page(s) to build up list for property investors

I need a basic website with SEO to attract property investors or potential property investors to help build a list. You would need to have interenet marketing experience either with companies like Aweber or contactfirst. The purpose of the website is to capture basic data. I will provide all the content I just need to logistic of the html etc and the sync with Aweber or a similar company to expand my list. This should be an extremely easy job for someone who has done this before
