CSS drop down navbar menu

I am currently rebuilding the following site: [login to view URL] I need to have the menu, which currently uses images to be rebuilt using live text, CSS, and XHTML, and to try to avoid using tables as much as possible. The menu will also need to have new links added in. most of the main menu items as seen here will also need drop down submenus as well. I will provide a detailed PSD file that i would like to be replicated as closely as possible. you can see a preview of the file here: [login to view URL] I can also provide written instructions and a sample of code that i would like to fashion the coding for this menu to follow. I am however open to any suggestions on how this should be best coded. thanks.
