Flash Site Re-Work(repost)

I Need a flash designer to complete the half done dynamic PHP Flash website located at [login to view URL] In another words i need you to know PHP and flash coding. I only have the swf for the flash, so you may need to debug it. The whole idea of this swf is to have the flash able to call from a mysql database or image folder and display the contents, header, background and such. All this can be control in the admin panel. I beleive the current swf is not yet calling to the DB yet and i don't have the .fla, but the design and everything is correct and right. Maybe you can redesign one from start, might be easier. The current flash admin control panel is yet to be integrated into the flash file.
