Joomla/Drupal Template Website Needed

1) Drupal template is provided by buyer (me) 2) Google graphs to be implemented, ideally the interactive version but either one is fine. Or, if you have another graphing program I could consider this as well. 3) Google surveys implemented as well. Ideally I would like to be able to have the data from the surveys automatically into the graphs, although I haven't been able to determine if you can actually do this or not. If not, I can manually update the data. This survey will also need to be interchangable from time to time. 4) Two pages with small sections for open comments to be posted 5) Blog capability on one page 6) Only approximately 4-5 pages in total 7) Complete instructions on how to make changes and modify content
