Hi,
I'm looking for a good, fast programmer who is easy to work with. I'm looking to build a long-term relationship to outsource all my part-time programming needs.
Primarily you will build CSS layered websites, and php templates for Joomla. (Joomla exp. is a bonus)
As a pilot project, I have a simple page that needs to be tweaked to add a footer that sticks to the bottom of the page without changing any of the existing layout + to work perfectly in IE.
If you're good it'll only take you a few minutes, but I'll pay for 30min of your time.
