Web Service & Database to Store & Compare Phonebook Records

We are looking for an experienced web developer to create a web service & MySQL Database that will: 1. Upload multiple sets of telephone numbers & store them on the server (JSON) 2. Compare records on the database to see which ones match 3. Add records to the "roster" table of our server The aim of the web service is to automatically add the friends of a user to a contact list by automatically using their iPhone address book. Freelancer must be able to begin work immediately Freelancer should have experience using MySQL & JSON
