CS-CART vendor store plugin

Need a plugin to be developed which will enable layout page to be overridden for individual vendor for the Vendor store page. This will enable Vendor's store to be customized fully for each individual Vendor. It's basically the similar way of overriding the layout page as happens with a product detail or category page. We have a generic layout for product/category and while editing a product/category, we can use layout tab to override various sections and values to make it specific to that category/product.
